At PINK FASHION, we want you to shop with complete confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains your statutory rights under UK consumer law and our additional voluntary return policy.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1) Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all consumer (B2C) purchases made via our online store and delivered within the United Kingdom.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
2) Extended Return Policy – 30 Days (Voluntary)
In addition to your legal right to cancel within 14 days, PINK FASHION offers a voluntary 30‑day return policy.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for the 30‑day return:
Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and, where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.
Original packaging is not required to exercise your statutory 14‑day cancellation right, but missing or damaged packaging or signs of use may result in a reduction of the refund due to diminished value (see section 7).
A return request must be submitted to info@pinkfashion.co.uk within 30 days of receipt.
3) Your Legal Right to Cancel – 14 Days (UK)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (excluding the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
How to cancel:
Send a clear cancellation statement by email to info@pinkfashion.co.uk before the 14‑day period expires.
After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
4) How to Return an Item (Step‑by‑Step)
1️⃣ Contact us
Email info@pinkfashion.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.
2️⃣ Return approval
Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.
3️⃣ Return form
Include the completed return form inside the parcel. Returns sent without a form cannot be processed.
4️⃣ Send the parcel
Post the parcel according to our instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned.
5) Return Shipping & Labels
Change of mind / incorrect order:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
If you choose a prepaid return label provided by us, the actual return cost may be deducted from your refund (the cost will be shown to you in advance).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items:
If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, we will cover reasonable return postage costs. Please contact us immediately upon receipt (see section 9).
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage. Returned items remain your responsibility until received by us.
6) Condition of Returns & Diminished Value
You may inspect items as you would in a physical shop.
However, if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may apply a deduction for diminished value.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missing or damaged packaging
- Removed tags
- Stains, odours, wear or damage
7) Refunds & Money‑Back Guarantee
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note:
Banks or card issuers may take additional time to credit your account.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact info@pinkfashion.co.uk.
8) Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
In cases of faulty or incorrect items, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost.
9) Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@pinkfashion.co.uk, and we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction).
If a fault occurs within 30 days, you are typically entitled to a refund.
If the fault appears within 6 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
10) Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom‑made or personalised items
- Sealed hygiene items where the seal has been broken (e.g. certain beauty or cosmetic products)
- Digital gift cards and downloadable products
Sale items:
Sale items are subject to the same statutory rights as full‑price items.
Our voluntary 30‑day return policy applies unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
11) Refund of Delivery Charges
When you cancel within the legal 14‑day period, we will refund:
The price of the item
The cost of standard delivery (the cheapest option offered at checkout)
Express or upgraded delivery charges are not refundable.
Return postage costs are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
12) Gifts & Promotional Items
If your order included a free gift or promotional item, it must be returned with the main product for a full refund.
If the gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund.
13) Disputes & Governing Law
We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
